How do I become a distributor?
Click "Register" — free onboarding, zero entry cost, zero stocking. Top up your wallet and start buying.
How do I recharge?
On the Wallet page, enter an amount and submit (demo uses simulated payment; production uses PayPal/Stripe).
How does dropshipping work?
1. Find a product and list it in your store; 2. Your customer orders; 3. Place the order on MONORIM with the buyer's address; 4. The warehouse ships directly to your buyer — you keep the retail margin.
Which purchase modes are supported?
Dropship, wholesale (with MOQ) and stock buyout — different prices, choose per need.
How do labels work?
Choose "Platform label" (warehouse prints) or "Customer label" (upload your own shipping label PDF) when ordering.
How are orders pushed to the warehouse?
After payment, orders auto-push to the warehouse ERP with tracking synced back. You can also export CSV from "My Orders".
Where do I find tracking numbers?
Once shipped, tracking numbers appear in your "My Orders" list.
